Atomizer Nozzles
Virtually limitless freedom of nozzle geometry
In principle these are 2- or 3 substance mixing nozzles. High sheering by the use of pressurized gas finely atomizes the liquid media. In case of highly pressurized liquids spontaneous atomization occurs. Typical applications: room humidification, lacquering, spray drying, granulation.
The clou of these nozzles is the totally free choice of the spray pattern. The construction principle allows nozzles with full-cone, flat-jet, ring-shaped, internally or externally directed spray pattern geometry. Besides the standard constructions shown here, almost any combination of shapes and sizes is possible.
